NORTHAM R3 2.20 PM (WST) ANGELIQUES FAME
After Debuting in a ridiculously hot form race for a 1000m maiden , our filly returns to the track for a 3yo 1100m maiden at Northam racecourse. Drawn Barrier 1 we expect her to sit in the box seat and if she can settle better run a great race.
1st Stella Door (1) ; Looks a very nice horse at the trials and likely to find the front without much resistance. Hopefully we can peel off his back and challenge but he will take some catching.
2nd Angelique’s Fame (7) ; Our girl was also very impressive at the trials before having a slight setback and landing in a maiden that has produced a Saturday winner and Ascot midweek Quinella since. We raced very keenly and only got tired late. She is still learning but with added fitness and a likely perfect run , fingers crossed we give it a shake at odds.
3rd. Snippahranna (4) ; Yet to deliver under race conditions but trials indicate ability and this is easier than previous assignments.
