We have purchased 4 yearlings , 1 a year since STARTHEFRIAR ($8.5k) in 2016 and all three won in their first couple of starts. If you know of a better record than that I’d love to see it! Our 4th purchase Prize Pursuit (6k) is currently working the house down and could just be our best horse yet. We like to call it our Ugly Ducklings Story.

If you do your research , you can still find diamonds among the rough. Angelique’s Fame was secured for $500 when she failed to attract a bid. From an unpopular sire in Famous Roman , her dam lines were however very strong and their was nothing physically wrong with her. She has now won 3 races from 10 starts and her best is yet to come . She even made the paper!
