He goes back to the scene of his last win Mt Barker 1000m 58+ to try and recapture his best form and defy the odds at 50 to 1. He is not going as bad as his form suggests , having no luck from the wide draw first up which was a complete forgive. Unfortunately he has drawn poorly again but with a couple of gear changes and senior jockey who knows him well , you have to be in it to win it ! The instructions will be to go forward at all costs , if he gets there than he’s more of a $10 chance and solid top 4 prospect . Not really a betting proposition unless you have a betfair in the run account and see him cross easy enough. I have it as two main chances in King Cartel & Prince and will tip the novelties based on this . Going to include Frantic War purely because it’s our horse .
