She was still last halfway up the straight and covered them in a couple of strides. Goes up a fair bit in class but drops from 59.5 to 54.5kgs , handles all track conditions and patterns (won from on speed previously) .
Caulfield r7 Cosmic Crusader ; Peters Investments latest flag bearer looks to go 2/2 for the new Victorian stable and on the first up win he’s hard to knock. 1200m was touted as a 2nd barrier trial but he treated his inferior rivals with disdain and won ears pricked. Proper test this time but still looks set up to stalk the speed and finish over the top of them. Wouldn’t want to take much shorter than current price at $2.40 . Currently around $21 in Cox Plate Futures Markets , I’m not suggesting he is Sir Delius level yet but plenty ahead of him wont be there and he will be half that .
