Wednesday Winners

Best Bet Sandown R7 Brahmos; Was a well backed easy winner on debut here.  2nd has already won two races since and it has been heavily backed pre post again.

Sandown r4 Invictum Domina; Was slightly disappointed with it's last run but leaders were disadvantaged and it was in much stronger company so have to back up.  I think current odds ($2.30) are rock bottomand I'm waiting for better.

Warwick Farm r6 Red is the Rose; Reported to be working well in Melbourne for on fire trainers.  Last prep includes form around I Am A Star.  Each Way.

Belmont r6 Bella's Idol; Has run 3 2nds here around the same distance in better company.  Today should be the day but again expected better than $2.70 and happy to wait.

Belmont r7 Let's Twist; Has been building nicely thisprep and has form at distance unlike most of these.

Multi Brahmos win into all other selections place $10.18 (Tabtouch)

Weekend Winners

Best Bet Randwick r1 Champagne Cuddles; Unbeaten in two and since trialed brilliantly against smart older mares.

Morphetville R3 Sebfire ($2.05) Weir runner who justified it's prohibitive odds first up before crossing the border. On it's way to bigger and better races.

Belmont R6 Cash on Call; Has a very good record and just missed last start.  Big fan of Atlanta Blue but the setback hence 4 weeks between runs concerns me.  Fav's unbeaten stablemate Young Gina first up and first go at 1400m so watch betting.

Belmont R7 Astronomite; Sticking with him with the slight weight drop and speed map giving him a head start on big danger Falcon's Crest who's track and distance stats are impressive.

Thursday Tips

Best Bet Northam r5 Sunset Pete; Different horse in soft conditions as proved by last start demolition of Belmont field.  The form from race is strong.

Northam r6 All Settled; Only 1 win from 21 but the form from last start 3rd is the right form. Great Again obviously hard to beat but too short.

Northam r7 Fille De Merit; Promising mare who has won 3 from 6 including last start at Belmont.  Always a little wary when Pike gets off (not riding here), but is the class runner.

Sale r6 Cherief's Choice; Was a very easy winner first up and should find conditions to suit out in front to be the one to catch again.

Multi 1 ; Best Bet Sunset Pete win , Other 3 selections to place $9.29 (tabtouch)

Multi 2: All 4 to place for Insurance on Best Bet

4 * Single wins Please Gamble Responsibly

Wednesday Winners

Best Bet Belmont r3Watto's Fury; Raced against the good 2yo's last season and has one a trial to suggest it hasn't gone backwards.

Belmont r7 Boxonlucy; Beat a $1.50 chance on it's merits last start and before that split a very promising one and a next start winner.

Belmont r8 Dark Prospect; Won easily on debut and not many chances in this.

Canterbury r3 Notio; First run since crossing the border was a be on me next time.  Lots of mail and money for Waller's Up N Rolling but I'm backing in race fitness.

Sandown r6 Diamond Grace; Already proven at the distance, in a stable known for producing quality stayers.

Suggested Multi ; all 5 selections above to place is paying $8.48 (tabtouch)

Single Wins Please Gamble Responsibly.

Sunday Prayers

Best Bet Bendigo r3 Bowerman; 2nd at Sandown first up after running 3rd at listed level on debut should prove a winning formula here.  Not expecting the $2 to last much longer, use boost options if you have them.

Kalgoorlie r3 Street Bandit; Doesn't win out of turn but has the best credentials over this distance in this class.

Kalgoorlie r4 Too Clever; a career record of 5 starts for 3 wins 2 2nds is enough proof that it will be far too clever for these providing it's ready first up.

Kalgoorlie r6 Quinella 2 & 7; Based on the speed map Pegatego should lead and Corvara sits on it's back, peels off and the two fight it out to the line.

Suggested Multi Bowerman, Too clever win, Street Bandit place $7.42 (tabtouch)

Weekend Winners

Best Bet Flemington r6 Invictum Domina; Tipped this mare last start and she was very brave after going way too hard into a headwind and only cracking late.  Positive jockey change, down in class and will be in it for a long way.

Morphetville r4 Balfs Choice; Absolutely flying this campaign, getting up in the weights but still clearly the one to beat.

Thursday Tips

Best Bet Pinjarra r6 Parading; Draw should see it lead comfortably and the claim makes it extremely hard to catch again.

Pinjarra r3 Cosmic Reflection; In a great race among the 3 main chances my Money is on Cosmic running over the top of them after charging home over shorter previously against quality opposition.

Wednesday Winners

Best Bet Geelong r8 I'm Telling Ya; Two solid runs including a 3rd at Flemington last start have it primed to win here.

Canterbury r3 Smartedge; Started odds on at debut where beaten narrowly by the subsequent Saturday winner D'argento. Should go one better, wary of Gold Standard getting a soft lead.

Sunday Prayers

Best Bet Kalgoorlie r1 Armourer; A close 3rd at Pinjarra should be good enough form to win here.

Kalgoorlie r4 Vonus; The extra 100m is in it's favor to turn the tables.

Kalgoorlie r6 Slick Mover; Up in class but down in weight and loves it here, Each Way.

Weekend Winners

Best Bet Randwick r7 Le Romain; Genuine group one performer resuming in the group two missile stakes.  Handles wet tracks, flies fresh wfa conditions give him a huge weight advantage on ratings.  One negative is my personal dislike of Glyn Schofield as a jockey but he has a great record on the horse.

Flemington r6 Chequered Flag; In an open race this horse is low flying mixing jumps and flat racing.  It's good track form is nowhere as impressive as rain affected so watch conditions with rain around but a quick drying track.  Also backing one of my fav jocks in Damian Lane on any surface but softer the better.

Belmont r4 Atlanta Blue; Good horse in a rich vein of form, an unlucky 3rd and easy win so far this prep.  Raced against better opposition than current fav.

Belmont r6 Astronomite; Was simply too impressive at first run for new stable not to like here.  The hefty weight a small concern.

Doomben r3 Skillful; Ex Sydney horse who has adapted to Qld well with two hard finishing efforts, the latest a solid midweek win.  This not much harder and with little speed onpaper might settle closer and prove hard to beat.

Suggested multis 1. Le Romain win, Atlanta Blue and Astronomite place $5.40 (tabtouch)

                               2. Le Romain Atlanta Blue Astronomite all win $39.77

Thursday Tips

Best Bet; Hawksebury r6 Sacred Edge; Has been getting close in stronger maidens and should finally break through here.

Pakenham r5 Eminent Son; Has won and placed in better races than this so should go very close.

Northam r4 Lagertha; Harder race but looking for this distance.

Northam r7 La Bionda; Flying this time in and loves track.

Multi ; Sacred Edge win , Lagertha place $4.72 (tabtouch)

Wednesday Winners

Best Bet; Belmont r5 Miss Ponderosa; In a shocking form race this one at least has some form to work with, if it holds that level goes very close.

Belmont r6 Sense of Power; Looks ready after just missing last start and Pike going on.

Belmont r7 Fille De Merit; Slightly up in class but shows enough promise to handle it and another Pike mount.

Warwick Farm r2 Alizee; Most confident tip of day but the overnight black figures are long gone.  Placed in 2yo group race, won a recent trial and turns up in a midweek maiden.  Multi banker.

Suggested Multi; Alizee & Sense of Power win with Miss Ponderosa and Fille De Merit place $8.74 (tabtouch) please always gamble responsibly.

Sunday Prayers

Best Bet Kalgoorlie r7 Silver knows; Brings strong enough form to be very competitive here.

Kalgoorlie r5 Corvara; Another nice ride for Dan Staeck, unbeaten in Kal going for 5 in a row and down in weight.

Pakenham r2 Captivator; Just missed first up in similar race so natural improvement sees it go close.

Suggested Multi System 2 & 3 with all 3 above . ( 3 dbls and 1 treble)  If first two lose can back Best Bet Silver Knows straight out. Please always gamble responsibly.

Weekend Winners

Best Bet Belmont r5 Royal Command; The scr of Atlanta Blue has handed this race to Royal Command on a platter, unfortunately the price reflects that anda rare Heavy surface is always a concern but very confident.  Use any boost options available.

Caufield r2 Kiwia; Pretty hard to take theappalling current odds on offer but simply have to back up after the young jockey slaughtered it last start.  Looks ready for the 2400m and Damian Lane booked to atone.

Caulfield r7 Revolving Door; Could just say ditto from above except Mark Zahra's turn to atone.

Caufield r8 Lankee Rupee; Can't ignore the wfa conditions screaming rupee's credentials for this group 3 feature.  Always a big risk backing a horse first up from injury, especially a rising 8yo but it once was rated the world's best sprinter and anywhere near that level will do here. Each Way.

Morphetville r8 Balf's Choice; In career best form and if reproduces last couple it's hard to see it not winning again.

Suggested win multi: Royal Command, Kiwia, Revolving Door, Balf's Choice. $19.88 (tabtouch)

4 leg win multi's are hard to land but a small outlay can land a nice prize.  Please always gamble responsibly.

Thursday Tips

Best Bet Pinjarra r8 Majestic Man; The consistent record including a fast finishing 2nd to Dia de La Raza who won again yesterday makes it top pick here.

Pinjarra r3 Sovereignty Lady; From leading sprinting sire and first up just missed, beaten by a reasonable horse.

Today's tips come with a severe weather warning for the area so probably a good idea to bet closer to race time if conditions haven't deteriorated too much.

Wednesday Winners

Best Bet Canterbury r2 Nictock; It's only defeat to date was in a very strong highway race where it managed a credible 3rd on a heavy track.  Back to a good surface with Bowman on makes it very hard to beat.

Belmont r2 Cape Lady; Just missed first up when racing very greenly down the straight.  Although the form from that race is questionable, natural improvement and an extra 200m suits.

Sunday Prayers

Best Bet Kalgoorlie r6 Slick Mover; From the draw should be almost a sit and steer job. Didn't realise it would be so short.

Kalgoorlie r3 Rikki Tikki Tavi; In a good race it gets big weight advantage on Prohurst Express and Viking Forrest is a bit of a non winner, always running on but too late.

Geelong r3 Share the Faith; Two promising runs to date suggest the 1400m will suit and has more upside than most of these maidens.

Geelong r8 Oscar's My Mate Pa; In a cracking race for a winter Sunday, Oscar is as good a chance as any, if it reproduces it's last run it goes close.

Multi Suggestion 3 doubles with Slick Mover.

Weekend Winners

Best Bet; Belmont r4 High Conviction; Very well bred daughter of Snitzel that couldn't of been more impressive first up, winning from last with the handbrake on.

Caufield r4 Kiwia; Hard to see it not dominating this from on speed like last start.

Caulfield r7 Supido; Has raced at the highest level and should prove way too classy. Overnight scratchings have decimated the price.

Caufield r9 Schism; Very much inform mare who takes on both sexes this time but still should go close.  Doesn't want it too wet.  Heavy support overnight as made it almost unbackable.  Surely it gets out a bit closer to jump.

Suggested Multi's High Conviction and Supido Win double,  1 treble with Kiwia win , 1 with Schism win.

Thursday Tips

Best Bet Pinjarra r6 Persona; A regally bred 6yo Lonhro mare that has only had 6 starts, showing ability in all.  Obviously has had soundness problems but with Noske on must be hard to beat here.  It is number 6 for numerology followers.

Pinjarra r7 Dia De La Raza: Dropping sharply in grade from very competitive efforts in town and gets a 3kg claim.

Grafton r7 More Energy; On current form the fav Supply and Demand would be a good thing but each win has been on rain affected and getting a picnic in front.  I see value in More Energy each way coming from a very close 3rd in a group 3 on a good track.  Only has 54kgs vs 58.5kgs.

Place Multi all 3 selections : $6.51 (tabtouch)
