After 3 rounds of heats crammed into a week, then a week to analyze the all important barrier draw, the ultimate test of stamina is here. Ive narrowed it down to three winning chances in what shapes as a classic contest.

1. Tiger Tara $5.50 ; No one would of left the barrier draw happier than Tiger's connections. A tough stayer that won one heat leading all the way keeping Lazarus at bay and placed by breezing in the others.  Has the speed to lead and most likely hold Lazarus early again as doubt it can take a sit and out sprint him.

2. Lazarus $2.15 ; Has been fav all series despite only winning one heat. Best draw tonight but will most likely have to do all the work in the breeze. Getting past Tiger and holding the swooper's out late won't be easy but he is a champion pacer with a phenomenal trainer .

10. Chicago Bull $3.90; WA's best hope with champion WA father/son Hall combination. He's little but has the heart of a bull and has a habit of peaking in finals and winning. Two soft heat wins from favourable barriers and a held up 3rd. Can't see a scenario where it isn't leaders back or 3 back pegs and will be extremely dangerous from there.

1. Chicago Bull 2. Tiger Tara 3.Lazarus 4.Vultan Tin
